Salon Policies

  • All Clients must give at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule their appointment in order to avoid a fee.

    50% of the service cost will be charged if the client notifies less than 48 hours of the appointment.

    100% of the service cost will be charged if the client notifies the day of the appointment or no shows.

  • We love your minis and guest, but we ask that you do not bring them to your appointment for their safety and for crowding purposes.

    If you are without childcare during the time of your appointment, we ask that you please reschedule before 48 hours. This policy ensures that you and the rest of our guests have a relaxing experience at our salon and is made with your child's safety in mind.

  • We strive to adhere as best as possible to our daily schedule to be respectful of each guests. We ask that you please arrive on time for your appointments. In the event that you are more 15 min late to your appointment your services may need to be adjusted or shortened to accommodate clients scheduled after you. If the appointment needs to be rescheduled it will be considered a last minute no show and will be charged 100% of the service. If your stylist is able to accomodate part of your services you will still be charged for all services that you were booked for.

  • Your satisfaction with your service and experience at Maverick salon is of the utmost priority to us. If you ever need an adjustment regarding your hair color or extension appointment please reach out to your stylist directly. They will accommodate adjustments that they are made aware of with in the first 7 days after the appointment. A complimentary adjustment does not include scenarios where a customer has changed their mind about the color or extension service. In this circumstance an additional charge would occur. In no circumstance will a refund be offered as our stylist time can not be replaced.

  • Day of Prep- Please arrive to all appointments with clean dry hair. (It’s ok if you washed it yesterday, just please NO dry shampoo or root cover products in the hair or it needs to be washed again before coloring.) This allows your hair to work to the best of its ability thru a color service whether you are receiving high lights or a solid color. Please note that if you arrive with any products in your hair we will have to wash your hair prior to the color service and a blow out fee will apply.

    NOT REQUIRED but things that we love for you to know- As you know social media has become a huge part of how hairstylist showcase our work. There is a potential that we will be taking several photos of your hair that could include your face and/or your outfit. Neutral colored clothing that contrasts your hair color always works best (ex: blondes wear black, brunettes wear nude or white)
